This was without a doubt the best and most valuable training that I have received, but not just as a civil servant, in my life. The tools/ techniques were provided in a manner that were easy to understand and implement.
The lessons and examples provided will be an asset to my professional life as well as my personal life. The instructor provided the most conducive environment to learn and practice the skills necessary to be better managers.

Ed is an excellent instructor! I just attended his Public Speaking class a couple weeks ago. It was the best training class I have ever had.
He made the class so fun and so inspirational. Everybody in the class was participating and conquered the fear to speak in front of people. His practical knowledge and techniques made public speaking not scary anymore. I have enjoyed and learned so much in his class. I also received very positive feedback from my classmates and individual advice from Ed.

Ed is a WEALTH of experience and information. We had 1-hour sessions reserved, and, on each session, he crunched through my list of questions powerfully, offering so many suggestions that I left with pages of notes.
His instruction proved as useful as it was plentiful -- he referred me to websites for chart creation, forwarded me articles about headlines, and even followed up with more "gifts" after our session.
